StoneBrush

Have you ever wondered how long it takes to create a handmade Pavè on a jewel? How quickly can a pavé be created with CAD? Smart3D StoneBrush is a command that allows you to manually place diamonds and claws quickly and precisely, in real time, by checking the weight and number of stones that are already placed. With a simple brush, you can freely place stones, dynamically and precisely, on all types of polysurfaces.

Is putting spikes on a pavé a tedious operation and does it take time? No problem, once you have the stones in place, add the spikes to secure the stones in place. Progs is an automatic system for the positioning of the pavé claws. It is possible to create all the points and to move and modify the parameters individually.

Pre-Cut

Creating the joint in order to reduce the dispersion of gold and to speed up the work of the setters on the physical model is now a necessity felt by many jewelers.

The automatic Pre-Cut command is able (once you have the pavé) to quickly create the pre-set for the stones in the 3D model.
